Land Development

If you are a developer you will need to engage a team of professional consultants to help deliver your project. You will need to have the right team on board for a development regardless of size or type.

Over the years Webster Survey Group has been involved in many developments and we understand the level of commitment required. We will work closely with you and our role can vary depending on your requirements.

Whilst our expertise is in Land Surveying we can also offer Town Planning Services, Urban Design and a variety of Project Management roles.

Initial Site Feasibility

We understand time is paramount if you are looking to enter into a due diligence period for a site. We will involve you in discussions with the appropriate consultants so you can swiftly get the necessary information in order to be informed of any areas of concern or else have confidence for entering into a binding contract.

Land Subdivision – Planning Permit Stage

If you have a site and are looking to carry out a subdivision we can assist you from the outset. In order to obtain planning permission, the right team of consultants will need to be established which at minimum will include a Town Planner, Land Surveyor and Civil Engineer. We have established long-term working relationships with other consultants and can also arrange any specialist consultant if required.

Land Subdivision – Construction Phase and Satisfying Conditions on Planning Permit

As the construction phase advances it is imperative that all conditions on the planning permit are satisfied. Overlooking merely one requirement can have serious financial consequences and time delays. In additional to undertaking the Land Surveying work for a subdivision we can also attend to the many various matters that need to be satisfied as a project nears completion so that new titles are issued in the most efficient time.

Vacant Land Subdivision After Development Approval

If you are intending to carry out a subdivision to obtain titles before construction, such as selling with pans and permits, we can attend to all the items required in order to create the new titles. This can include facilitating S173 Agreements, making application to service authorities, arranging specialist consultants, arranging trades and organising sign-offs from various this parties.
