FEATURE AND LEVEL SURVEY

Webster Survey Group has extensive experience in providing feature and level surveys to suit a variety of needs. A feature and level survey will generally be one of the first items required when a development is proposed on a parcel.

Different consultant will rely on the feature and level survey in order to complete their tasks during a development. These consultants may include town planners, civil engineers, architects, arborists and landscape architect.
During the feature and level survey permanent site control can be established and co-ordinated to a local datum or Map Grid of Australia (MGA) and elevations referenced to Australian Height Datum (AHD). Contours can also be provided to a required interval.

Details which may be shown on feature and level survey include all site detail that is captured in the field is then precisely drafted into a final 2D or 3D cad product.
